Huff was appointed to serve as Heritage Free Will Baptist Church's Senior Pastor in January 2007. Prior to that, he served as Associate Pastor of Victory Free Will Baptist Church in Halltown, WV.

The attributes that best describe Huff as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and counseling. He has always expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Heritage Free Will Baptist Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Huff takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.

He graduated from Welch Bible College in 2015 with a degree in Christian Ministry.

Huff has been happily married for 27 years to his wife, Sally. They have two sons: Daniel and Jordan.

Kevin Coley is the Associate Pastor at Heritage Free Will Baptist Church.  Kevin moved to Jefferson County in 2017, with his wife Renee and four children.  

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from N.C. State University in 2005.  He works full time in the manufacturing sector and has worked for the same company his entire career.  

After a calling to become a bi-vocational pastor, Kevin attended Fruitland Baptist Bible College where he earned his Associate of Religion/Christian Ministries degree in 2020.  His favorite place for rest and relaxation is on the Shenandoah River with a fishing reel in his hand.
